Acceptance of Terms

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility

To create and use a 96jl Casino account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the 96jl platform, you must create a verified account. The following rules govern the account registration process:

4.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) active 96jl account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — based on matching identification documents, device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses, or other indicators — all accounts other than the earliest verified account may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.4 Account Transfers. Your 96jl account is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any account balance to another person.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Pursuant to PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), as amended, 96jl Casino is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be required before the full range of platform features becomes available.

5.1 Accepted Identification Documents. To complete KYC, you must submit a clear, unaltered photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by LTO, Postal ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and SSS/GSIS Card.

5.2 Verification Timeline. 96jl will process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. Players may deposit and participate in games while KYC is pending; however, withdrawal requests will be held until KYC approval is completed.

5.3 Right to Request Additional Documents. 96jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements or applicable Philippine law, including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

5.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents submitted to 96jl are processed and stored in accordance with the 96jl Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 96jl platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through PAGCOR-approved payment channels.

6.1 Deposits. Deposit transactions are processed through the payment channels listed on the Platform, including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. 96jl does not accept cash deposits directly.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible (the "return to source" principle). Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes during operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during normal operating hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 AM PHT).

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be revised from time to time. VIP players at Gold and Black Diamond tiers may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. 96jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to review under its AML/KYC obligations.

                No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 96jl does not accept payments from third-party sources. Wagering and Games

7.1 Game Fairness. All random outcomes on the 96jl Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Game results cannot be manipulated by 96jl or by players.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each slot and RNG game is published in the game's information panel. RTP values represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds — they are not a guarantee of return for any individual session.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or miscommunication between the Platform and a game server that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 96jl reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the applicable wager amount. Winnings generated by a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7.4 Suspended Events (Sports Betting). Where no specific rule applies, suspended bets will be voided and wager amounts returned to the player's account.

Bonuses and Promotions

96jl Casino offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. Acceptance of any bonus is subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) specified at the time of the promotion. The wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the Real Balance and made available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).

8.2 Game Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are published on the Platform alongside each promotion. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting contributions are specified per promotion.

8.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

8.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, per promotion period. Players may not create multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

Abuse of Bonuses: 96jl reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus, and to suspend or close any account, where the Company determines that bonus offers have been exploited, abused, or claimed through fraudulent means. Patterns indicating systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated bet hedging across multiple accounts — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96jl Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
Registering or maintaining more than one account.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with Platform games or systems.
Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error must be returned to 96jl and will not be recognized as valid.
Collusion with other players, game agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without following 96jl's established dispute resolution process.
Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal information without their explicit consent.
Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

96jl reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms or applicable law.
Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or another competent authority.
Identification of the account as being connected to fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Detection of suspicious activity under 96jl's AML monitoring controls.
Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon permanent account closure, any Real Balance remaining will be returned to the verified payment account associated with your identity, subject to completed KYC and compliance clearance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.

Disputes regarding account suspension or termination may be submitted to the 96jl compliance team. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution channels.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without 96jl's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 96jl does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy and Data Protection

96jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. By creating a 96jl account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the 96jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, complete KYC verification, fulfil legal and PAGCOR reporting obligations, administer responsible gaming measures, and — with your consent — send promotional communications.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the 96jl Platform, shall first be submitted to 96jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. 96jl will acknowledge all disputes within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 96jl's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated resolution process.

For disputes not resolvable through PAGCOR mediation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

96jl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via a notice posted on the Platform or, where practicable, via email or SMS to registered accounts.

Your continued use of the 96jl Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
